How do I apply?
- Eligible spouses can establish a MyCAA account by visiting the MyCAA website
- Once the spouse’s account is approved through the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS), start exploring approved MyCAA career fields and certification programs that are available
- Create an Education Training Plan (ETP). Career coaches through MyCAA are available to help if needed, or you can work with your selected school’s advisor to complete the application process.
- Apply for MyCAA financial assistance.
- The Career and Training Plan and request for financial assistance should be conducted at least 30 days prior to the course start dates. MSU’s Center for Continuing Education’s online career trainings are open enrollment and do not have an official start date, so we can work around the 30-day requirement.
